Quality Assurance

1. Party b shall provide the unit's business license copy to party a, can provide the electronic file scanning.

2. Party b must, in accordance with party a's parameters in production, if there is any abnormal production timely feedback to party a.

3. The proposed any quality complaints of party a, party b shall immediately report the situation to them and to improve, solve problems, and reply to party a within 24 hours.

When problem of product occurrence quality, 4. Party b is entitled to request party b, party a routine test (including national institutions of the third party testing), test and the third party inspection reasonable charge, initiated by payment first, determine if the test result for the quality problem of the party itself, by the party a shall pay party b the bad product for testing.

5. If the following occurs, party a shall have the right to require the party a shall pay party b the cost:

(1) party b delivery time beyond the contract delivery orders (delivery delay, irresistible factors except), cause party a production stop;

(2) the power of the party b production in party a's incoming inspection, due to quality problems cannot be handled in a timely manner to party b,

(3) the power of the party b production in party a in the process of production, production quality problem caused by party a or rework has produced products;

(4) for party b to party a due to power quality problems product quality accident happened after factory (such as a return, etc.);

(5) products for party b to party a due to power quality problems appear in the user the personal and property safety of any crisis or loss of use value.

(6) party b provide party a power product quality assurance period for 1 year, party b to provide product & other; Throughout the warranty &; (replacement or return, package quality 1 year), is based on delivery to party a party b shall come into force from now on.
